W25Q64JVSSIQ is a 64Mbit (8MB) serial NOR Flash from Winbond SpiFlash family, packaged in SOIC-8 (208mil). It supports Standard SPI, Dual SPI and Quad SPI (QSPI) interfaces. Optimized for embedded systems with limited I/O pins and power budget. It can be used for firmware storage, execute-in-place (XIP), configuration parameters, log data, font libraries and OTA firmware images. Data is retained without power supply. Balancing speed, power consumption and cost, it is one of the most widely adopted external serial Flash ICs for embedded applications worldwide.
