The AT24CM01-XHM-T is a 1Mbit high-capacity I²C serial EEPROM (128KB) from Microchip (formerly Atmel) in industrial TSSOP-8 package. It supports up to 1MHz high-speed I²C interface, wide 1.7V~5.5V operating voltage, million-cycle endurance and long-term data retention. With 256-byte large page write and hardware write protection, it is designed for persistent storage of large-capacity logs, configurations and calibration data in embedded devices.

Key Features
1MHz high-speed I²C bus provides much faster R/W speed than traditional 400kHz EEPROMs for large data storage
128KB large capacity supports system running logs, fault records and multi-group calibration parameters
Ultra-low voltage operation ensures stable data R/W under battery undervoltage conditions
Standard TSSOP-8 package is pin-compatible with mainstream EEPROMs for easy upgrade
Unlimited moisture sensitivity level simplifies mass production and SMT processing
Typical Applications
Large-capacity operation log and fault data storage for industrial PLCs and smart gateways
User parameters, billing records and device status cache for EV chargers and smart meters
Permanent storage of medical device calibration curves, sampling data and patient information
Small configuration partition and firmware patch storage for embedded Linux devices
