EQCO5X31C0-I/6NX is an industrial-grade dual-channel single-lane USB3.2 Gen1 (5Gbps) reclocking redriver from Microchip, integrating adaptive equalizer, crystal-less CDR (Clock Data Recovery) and bidirectional signal driver in a single IC. Natively supporting STP shielded twisted pair and coaxial cables, it adopts proprietary EyeOpen™ adaptive cable compensation and MarginLink™ link integrity test technology. It extends standard USB3.2 transmission distance from 1m up to 5m (for cables mixed with USB2.0 signaling), and maximum 16m for pure USB3.2-only links.
Housed in compact 4×4mm 20-VQFN wettable flank SMD package, it operates on single 1.2V low supply voltage with industrial temperature range -40℃ ~ +85℃. No external crystal required, on-chip integrated terminations minimize BOM count. Fully transparent to all USB3.2 SuperSpeed signaling including LFPS and electrical idle.
