KSZ9031MNXCC is a single-port Gigabit 10/100/1000 industrial Ethernet PHY transceiver by Microchip with RGMII host interface in QFN48 package, industrial temp -40~+85℃. Integrated cable equalization, impedance matching and surge ESD protection, compatible with ARM MCU & FPGA Gigabit Ethernet peripherals for industrial Gigabit gateways and high-speed machine vision image transmission. RNXIC is tray-pack variant with identical electrical specs.
