The PC28F00AP30BFA is a 1Gbit (128MB) industrial parallel NOR Flash by Micron in 64-EasyBGA package. It supports 16-bit parallel asynchronous and synchronous dual interface with up to 52MHz synchronous read speed. It supports XIP (execute-in-place) to run firmware directly without RAM copying. Equipped with independent boot parameter blocks, main storage blocks, one-time programmable OTP memory, block locking and password anti-tampering mechanisms, it provides high reliability and security for industrial firmware booting.
